What is Wayin?

Wayin is a control platform designed to simplify and enhance the management of building access for both facility managers and tenants. With Wayin, you can easily create, control, and modify permissions for individuals who need access to various building spaces. It allows for the creation of employee groups, management of badges, and comprehensive control of access privileges from a central panel. Additionally, Wayin supports mobile access, enabling employees to use their smartphones as access keys via mobile Wallets. Accessible both for Android and iOS. This modern approach eliminates the need for physical plastic cards, offering a convenient, secure, and efficient solution for managing building access.

Now, with the latest Wayin 1.5 going live today, our solution becomes even more powerful.

Wayin 1.5: Seamless integration, enhanced management, and advanced analytics

This update brings significant improvements to integration and management functionalities, making it easier for admins to handle daily operations:

  • Integration with other Signal OS products — Wayin can exchange user information with products such as Parkiza, including email, tenant details, first name, last name, and phone number, ensuring seamless synchronization across our systems while keeping the data safe. 

New Site Admin functionalities:

  • Homefloors — Site Admins can use homefloors within the site — attach and detach them. When the home floor is assigned, the elevators automatically bring the employee to this preassigned floor, without the need to choose it whilst calling the elevator. This functionality depends on the access control system and may not be available to everyone yet.
  • Time-based Statistics — view statistics in yearly, monthly, daily, and even hourly ranges, and filter them by tenant, building, and floor for precise insights.
  • Downloadable reports — download comprehensive statistics reports for further analysis and record-keeping.

New Basic and Premium Plans for Tenants:

We’re introducing two plans to cater to different tenant needs. With the Premium Plan, tenants can:

  • Access user-flow statistics in yearly, monthly, daily, and hourly ranges.
  • Download user-flow statistics reports for effective space management.

In addition to these changes, we’ve added contact forms in both Tenant and Site Admin panels to streamline communication and support. We've introduced smaller, quality-of-life changes as well. You can learn more about Wayin here.
