Introducing Signal OnSite: new digital companion at Warsaw UNIT

As part of our continuous efforts to enhance the workplace experience and provide the best-in-class PropTech solutions, we are excited to announce the upcoming launch of our newest product — Signal OnSite, in Warsaw UNIT. This transition marks a significant upgrade, offering a host of new features aimed at making the communication between building, company and employees even smoother.

Enhanced Information Center

‍Signal OnSite acts as a comprehensive information hub, providing up-to-date information about the building, company, upcoming events, and important announcements. With this new app, employees can stay informed about everything happening around them.

‍The application allows employees to browse articles, sign up for events, and participate in surveys. Following hashtags that interest them to personalize their experience and staying engaged with content relevant to them.

Thanks to Signal OnSite employees can stay aware of their surroundings with updates on environmental indicators such as air or water quality, humidity, and so on, within the building. This feature helps ensure a comfortable and healthy work environment.

Signal OnSite brings a range of practical features to employees fingertips:

• Service requests
• Nearby shops and services
• Public transportation info and schedules
• PUSH Notifications

Advanced management for the building and tenant companies

‍The app will include functionalities of our other products, offered as modules for Warsaw UNIT's tenants. Mobile employee badges and guest invitations, making access management more convenient than ever. Booking parking spots at the company car park will be available as well. Some functionalities will depend on the company and user privileges.

Signal OnSite offers tenant companies a range of new functionalities to enhance internal communication and event management. Companies can:

• Add exclusive content for their employees.
• Create and manage events with limited seating options.
• Conduct employee surveys directly through the app.
• Grant employees the privilege to invite guests to the building.
• Offer modules to their employees
• Provide info on company's reception desk

Seamless transition for employees

We understand the importance of a smooth transition to the new app. To assist companies, we started a communication initiative and will offer staff trainings. A support stand will be set up in the lobby of Warsaw UNIT, where we will help employees download the app, log in to Signal OnSite, and answer any questions they may have. We encourage all employees to visit the support stand to ensure a seamless transition.

Transition timeline

The current Warsaw UNIT application will cease to function on August 15. We strongly encourage all users to transition to Signal OnSite as soon as possible to take full advantage of the new features and functionalities.
