Our Role at Signal OS

Our property technology company specializes in providing innovative technological solutions designed to enhance the functionality, security, and sustainability of modern office buildings. Our suite of solutions includes:

• Parkiza: smart parking management system that optimizes parking space usage and enhances the user experience through parking spots booking app.
• Wayin: access management solution that also allows users to ditch the plastic cards, and use digital in-Wallet ones instead.
• Visitors: visitor management system that streamlines the process of guest registration, enhancing security and convenience for both hosts and visitors.
• Signal OnSite: the ultimate tool to manage all important communication between the building, company & users, and simplify interactions to enhance employee experience.
• Inbin: recycling management app that allows the building to control how much waste of a particular type is generated by each tenant and floor, promoting sustainability.

The Bridge and SmartScore Platinum

The SmartScore certification evaluates buildings based on their smart technology capabilities, focusing on two main criteria: functional technology (user safety and comfort) and technical performance (connectivity, cybersecurity, and data management).

The integration of our Signal OS solutions like Wayin and Parkiza has significantly enhanced the building’s operational efficiency and user experience. Our Inbin smart waste management system contributes to the building’s sustainability efforts, aligning with Ghelamco’s ESG goals. Additionally, our Visitors system ensures a seamless and secure visitor experience, while Signal OnSite provides a communication and well-being platform for employees and guests. All of our solutions ensure that the building meets the highest safety and quality standards.

Building Specifications

The Bridge stands over 170 meters tall and offers 47,000 square meters of top-class office space. The building includes a sky terrace on the 40th floor, approximately 280 parking spaces (including electric car chargers), and a dedicated parking lot for electric two-wheel vehicles with 31 charging stations. Cyclists benefit from nearly 150 bike spaces and locker rooms with showers. The Bridge is designed to achieve not only SmartScore, but BREEAM, WELL, Building without Barriers certifications as well.
